To process a claim, we may ask for photo proof or other supporting information.

Not Eligible for Replacement or Refund

We cannot offer replacements or refunds for:

  • Ordering the wrong size or color

  • Minor color variations due to screen/display differences

  • Personal preference or dissatisfaction if the item is not defective

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout

  • Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier
